Adding rules to your Group

To help keep your Group safe and intentional, you can set up rules that new members must read and agree to before joining. 

You can use these rules alongside your Group's discoverability and approval settings to add extra control over who joins your Group.

Group members may only create rules that refer to protected categories in a positive and inclusive way. All Group rules must follow the BFF Community Guidelines and Terms and Conditions.

To add or edit your Group’s rules:

1. Open your Group and tap the ••• at the top of the screen
2. Select ‘Settings’
3. Tap ‘Group info’
4. Tap ‘Rules’ and then type your Group’s rules in the text box
5. Tap ‘Done’ to save

You can view your Group’s rules under the ‘info’ tab of your Group. If you have permission to do so, you can also edit the rules from here.
