Your location helps us show you people nearby to connect with. Here’s how to update it in the app:
- Manually set a location:
- Tap the filter icon at the top of the Discover tab
- Tap the edit pencil icon
- Edit the map to adjust where your profile is shown
- Use your current location:
- Tap Current location to let the app use your phone’s GPS
- This will update your profile to show you in your real-time location
- Filtering by distance:
- Tap the filter icon at the top of the Discover tab
- Adjust your distance filter to see people within a wider area
Using BFF while travelling
If you’re travelling and want to meet friends at your destination, you can see who’s around before you go. Just follow the steps above and set your location to your travel destination in advance.
BFF isn’t available globally just yet, so the members you see will be from the US and may be travelling too.
Availability of BFF
Unfortunately, BFF services are not available in all countries. When you re-enter a country where our services are provided, you will be able to use BFF as usual.
