Updating your Account Details

To update your Account Details, head to the ‘Me’ tab, tap the ‘Settings’ cog in the top right corner, and select ‘My Account’. 

Updating your Name

To update your Name: 

1. Tap the three dots next to ‘Name’ and then ‘Edit name’ 
2. Enter your name and press ‘Save’

Note: Only your first name and last name initial will be shown to other members. 

Updating your Username

To update your Username:

1. Tap the three dots next to ‘Username’ and then ‘Edit Username’ 
2. Enter your name and press ‘Save

Updating your Phone Number

To update your Phone Number: 

1. Tap the three dots next to ‘Phone’ and then ‘Update phone number’ 
2. Tap ‘Send link to update phone number’ to send an email with a link to update your number
3. Tap ‘Update phone’ in the email you’ve received
4. Enter your old phone number, your new phone number, and press ‘Next’
5. We’ll then send a text to your new phone number with a code 
6. Enter this code and confirm 

If you haven’t already, you’ll need to add and verify your email address first to do this. 

Updating your Email address

To update your email address: 

1. Tap on your email address
2. Tap ‘Add another email’
3. Enter your email address and tap ‘Add’ 
4. You can then tap the three dots and ‘Delete’ to remove your old email address
