For members coming to BFF from Bumble BFF Mode.
If you're a Premium BFF member or have unused paid features (like SuperSwipes or Spotlights), here’s what to expect as we move to BFF:
Premium subscriptions
- If you’ve been using Premium solely for BFF Mode in the 30 days prior to the closure notice date, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of your subscription (if your plan extends beyond the closure date). You’ll need to cancel your subscription and request a refund for any remaining time left, post-closure.
- If you’ve used your Premium benefits in Bumble Date, your subscription won’t be cancelled, and you won’t be eligible for a refund. Your plan will continue in Bumble Date Mode.
Add-ons or paid features (Spotlight, SuperSwipes, Compliments)
- Any add-ons or unused paid features from BFF Mode will still be available for you to use in Bumble Date Mode.
How to request a refund
- iOS/Apple App Store: Request a refund from Apple
- Android/Google Play Store: Request a refund from Google Play
- Card, PayPal or Bumble Web payments: Contact our support team so that we can review your request and get back to you.
